What's a good "hangover cure" if you're going
partying for a few days at the lake in the sun?

Yes, WATER helps (staying hydrated).

A buddy of mine says your body uses up
Vitamin-B when it's trying to get rid of alcohol.

Monster drink helps for the morning after, but
is there something more Natural that
has Vitamin-B or is a good "recovery drink?"
